Calendly alternative
Scheduling that starts with the time zone
MeetETA is a natural language time zone converter with booking built in. Type “3pm EST to IST”, get the right answer with daylight saving handled, then share a time or a booking page that reads correctly for everyone.
Type it like you say it
No account needed for the free tools.
Why people look at MeetETA
MeetETA is built around one question: what time is it for the other person? Everything else starts there.
Type times the way you say them
Write "3pm EST to IST" or "noon PT Friday" in natural language. MeetETA reads it and shows the answer in every zone you care about.
Daylight saving, handled
Conversions use real time zone data for the exact date. If someone writes EST in summer, MeetETA points out they probably mean EDT.
Time zones built in, not bolted on
World clocks, a converter and Find a time sit in one place, so the time zone question is answered before you ever send a link.
Links that read right everywhere
Share a time and each person who opens it sees it in their own zone. No more "is that my 9 or yours?"
Free tools, no account needed
Clocks, the converter and Find a time work without signing up. Your cities are saved in your browser.
Booking when you want it
Pro adds a booking page from your Google Calendar, with a Google Meet link on each booking.
MeetETA vs Calendly, feature by feature
An honest look. Calendly is a mature scheduling platform with team and sales features MeetETA does not offer. MeetETA focuses on time zones first.

Questions about switching
Is MeetETA a full replacement for Calendly?
It depends on what you use. If you mostly need to agree on a time across time zones and share a simple booking page, MeetETA covers that. If you rely on team routing, round robin, payments or CRM integrations, Calendly offers those and MeetETA does not.
What does "natural language" mean here?
You type a time the way you would say it, such as "3pm EST to IST" or "noon PT Friday", and MeetETA converts it. There are no dropdowns to dig through.
How does MeetETA handle daylight saving?
It uses real time zone data for the exact date, so clocks change on the right day in each country. If someone writes EST during summer, it flags that they probably mean EDT.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free tools. World clocks, the converter and Find a time work right away, and your settings are saved in your browser. Pro features such as booking pages need a Google sign-in.
What does MeetETA Pro cost?
Pro is $5.99 a month or $48 a year. It adds a booking page from Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, next free times on your links and a custom meeteta.com/<name> link.
Which calendars and video tools does the booking page support?
Today, MeetETA booking pages connect to Google Calendar and add a Google Meet link. Other calendars and video tools are not supported yet.
Where did the Calendly prices come from?
From Calendly's own pricing page at calendly.com/pricing, checked in October 2026. Prices are in USD per seat and can change, so check their page for the latest.
