PST or PDT, MST or MDT? Daylight saving explained
PST (UTC−8) is the winter name and PDT (UTC−7) the summer name. People usually write “PST” all year and mean local Pacific time (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle), so MeetETA reads it that way and handles daylight saving for you.
MST (UTC−7) is the winter name and MDT (UTC−6) the summer name. This page uses Denver time, which changes its clocks. Most of Arizona (Phoenix) stays on MST all year, so in summer Phoenix is an hour behind Denver.
Right now Los Angeles is on PDT, UTC−7 and Denver is on MDT, UTC−6 (the clocks at the top of the page always show the live values).
